In addition to everything the Standard Membership offers plus the following:

- On sight maintenance and preventative work

- Priority emergency response

- Project management for repairs

- Home Maintenance work

$3,000 - $5,000 / month

Everything that Premium membership offers plus the following:

- Full weekly handyman service for any smaller problems that arise

- Full coordination for larger projects or problems that arise

- Monthly reports on your home and suggestions for next steps

- Includes any other management items your home may need
